Our Directors and Contract Managers personally supervise every contract. Working closely with Architects and Designers to meet all design and specification requirements, we pride ourselves on our responsive, accurate and competitive pricing.

To assist budget control, we also offer a free pre-tender estimating service to Architects and Quantity Surveyors.

Land Structure has been involved with a number of projects for a range of clients mainly with smaller schemes (£10,000 - £250,000) on a design build basis. These have been both new build and refurbishment.

With our experience we can produce schemes combining the practical necessities of individual sites, the requirements of the client and the planning authorities, and at the same time keep a close check on costs as the design develops.

The Future

We believe that to achieve a future of quality, cost-effective landscaping, some form of partnering is the way forward. Any client needs to have confidence that not only is his landscaping going to look good now and for years to come, but also that the budget is used both effectively and efficiently. We therefore feel that bringing together the four main elements of any scheme - designing, costing, sourcing and implementation under the lead of the Landscape Contractor - is something that could be a great success for all concerned.
