Land Structure is dedicated to the training of their staff and frequently assesses the requirements for training. Land Structure keeps up to date with the required standards for construction sites and machinery requirements.

	All site staff either have or are working towards CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme, see bleow) or ROLO (Register of Landscape Operatives) cards and have undergone the Health & Safety ‘Touch Screen Test’.
They're also registered with the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board), and where necessary have CPCS (Construction Plant Certification Scheme) cards
