Who we are

Land Structure was formed in 1984 to take advantage of the ever-increasing landscape industry, particularly in the Milton Keynes area. The company now functions from two offices, the Milton Keynes Head Office, which is the accounting and administration base, with our Regional Office in Lakenheath, Suffolk, increasing our coverage of East Anglia and the South East.

The experience of its founders has been compounded over the years, and the company is now well-founded and established within the field of commercial, industrial and leisure landscaping, with a reputation for excellence.

Meet The Staff

DIRECTORS

Four Directors head the company management. Mike Miller, based at Milton Keynes, and Tom Callis, based at our Lakenheath Office, are Joint Managing Directors, whilst two non-executive directors, David Adams (Chairman) and Frank Cundell, use their successful business expertise to the benefit of the company.


Mike Miller

Mike Miller

(Joint Managing Director) has an Honours Degree in Forestry and Soil Science and is based at Head Office in Milton Keynes. After spending a year overseas he joined Land Structure in 1986. A Director since 1987, he has been instrumental in expanding the company and oversees all estimating and contracts, thus maintaining our continued competitive and accurate pricing.

Tom Callis

(Joint Managing Director) joined the company in 1996 to set up the Lakenheath Regional Office, and following continued success joined the team of Executive Directors. Tom contributes to the overall company management, drawing on his past experience as Quantity Surveyor, Estimator and Contracts Administrator within the construction and landscape industries.

Milton Keynes Office

John Lusby

(Senior Contracts Manager) joined the company in 1998.

He has worked within the industry for a number of years and is

responsible for much of the day to day site management of

the head office contracts.

David Day

(Senior Project Manager) joined the company at the end of 2003.

He now run's a whole range of projects. He is also a fully qualified

Health & Safety trainer, holds full NEBOSH and as such is taking on

an important role in all aspects of Health and Safety.

Lee Stephenson

joined the company in 2006 as

Quantity surveyor and buyer, has a number of years

experience working within the construction industry

and has strengthened the team.

Sarah Kelly

Joined the company in 2011 and Manages all our accounts

for both offices.

 


Paul Sutton

Has been with the company since 1994 and is now

Contracts Manager, running various projects from out of our

Milton Keynes office.

 

 

 

Lakenheath Office

Tom Callis

(Joint Managing Director) joined the company in 1996 to set up the Lakenheath Regional Office, and following continued success joined the team of Executive Directors. Tom contributes to the overall company management, drawing on his past experience as Quantity Surveyor, Estimator and Contracts Administrator within the construction and landscape industries.


Chris Taylor

Contracts Manager. Chris manages our contracts for the Lakenheath office.

Tim Kent

project estimator, having worked extensively in the construction industry now joins the the team in Lakenheath.

Paul Schade

Contracts Director

I have been with the company since 2006. I have been in the industry since 1996 working on maintance contracts and installation projects. my role is day to day running of all contracts and projects at the lakenheath office and working along side Tom with the running of the company.

Khan

Head of Security. Khan enjoys his work as our enforcer. Need we say more!
