Mike Miller

Managing Director since August 2005. I have an Honours Degree in Forestry and Soil Science and is based at Head Office in Milton Keynes. After spending a year overseas, I joined Land Structure in 1986. A Director since 1987, I have been instrumental in expanding the company and oversees all estimating and contracts, thus maintaining our continued competitive and accurate pricing. Land Structure has flourished under my leadership and my ability to motivate others is reflected in the high standards of service that the clients enjoy.

Lee Stephenson

Contracts Director since April 2022. I have been with the company since 2006 as the Surveyor and Estimator. Tasked with the preparation of competitive tenders and estimates for all types of landscaping work I financially manage both major and minor works projects. I am able to provide interim valuations of work in progress, report on cost performance and provide costs for variations of contract as they arise, I provides a first-class service, enabling clients to meet their own targets and budgets.

Lee Warwick-Compton

Contracts Director since April 2022. I have been with the company since 2008 starting as a landscape operative, then moving into a new role as Contracts Manager. Running different types of projects, I oversee hard and soft landscaping including large fencing projects brings a hands-on experience to each different job. I have then worked my way into my new role as Contracts Director.

Denise Harris

Account Manager since May 2017. I manage all the finance and accounting for Land Structure Ltd. I ensure I build and maintain successful relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers on a day-to-day-basis.

Rachael Stephenson

Contracts Manger since August 2022. Before I became promoted to Contracts Manger in August, I was the Buyer for land Structure for just under 7 years. Since coming into my new role my responsibilities include managing and overseeing jobs and ensuring that any issues which can arise are resolved quickly and as effectively as possible. I have the responsibility of supporting, supervising, and working with all staff in day-to-day management, giving directions and providing suggestions when necessary.

Paul Sutton

Contacts Manager since April 2007. I have been with the Land Structure since 1994 and have risen through the ranks to my current role as Contracts Manager. I bring a hands-on experience to the post which proves invaluable for both the company and its clients, ensuring that projects are delivered in a timely and well executed manner.

Tia Harris

Account Assistant since May 2022. Since joining Land structure, I help with the Accounts Manager Denise taking on administrative tasks associated with accounting to enable the smooth running of the accounts department. I deal with clients or suppliers responding to enquiries when needed. This is the first time I've been in this field of career, and I am very much enjoying my day-to-day tasks, and working with a great team of people.

Daniel Keeney

Buyer since July 2022. I recently became the new buyer for Land Structure Limited and take care of all ordering of materials, supplies or equipment needed for the business. My duties can sometimes include negotiating with clients and suppliers. This is the first time I've ever worked in an office environment in this role, and I am really enjoying working with a fantastic team.

Francesca Hordynska

Estimator since April 2022. I’ve been an estimator for over 3 years now, starting in house building and now in landscaping, gaining my HNC in Construction and the Built Environment along the way. My day-to-day role involves pricing and forecasting the costs for landscaping projects and enquiries. This often includes quantifying design schemes, assessing technical information such as specifications as well as liaising with clients and suppliers.

John Lusby

John joined the company in 1998, having worked within the industry for a number of years and is responsible for much of the day to day site management of the head office contracts.

Paul Schade

Contracts Director since 2006. I have been within this industry since 1996 working on maintenance contracts and installation projects. I have the responsibility of running all of the contracts and projects for our Lakenheath office.

Joseph Clements

Contracts Manager since March 2011. I am young, ambitious and committed. Working in the landscaping industry since leaving school on and off and working my way up the ladder so to say. Managing 15 operatives and various number of contracts along with first and Health and Safety. Committed member of a 3-man regional team work well alone and can handle being put under pressure from deadlines and tight working programmes.
